Sandra Williams, affectionately known as "Sandy Dandy," was born on October 15, 1964, in Belville, Texas. She departed this world on February 4, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and infectious joy.
Sandy dedicated herself to her education, achieving a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Her career not only reflected her aspirations but also her unwavering commitment to personal growth. She embraced challenges with a warm smile, spreading positivity to everyone around her. Sandy was a loving person, a trait that shone through in her relationships with family and friends. She truly cared for those in her life, nurturing connections that created a sense of belonging and warmth.
The simple pleasures in life brought Sandy immense joy. She adored spending time with her family, sharing laughter during movie nights, and feeling the soft sand beneath her feet while visiting the beach. Her laughter was contagious, bringing light even on the cloudiest days.
Sandy's spirit lives on through her beloved family members. She is survived by her sisters, Tammy and Betty Jackson, and her brother, Donny Jackson. Her children, Deric Williams and Tiffany Tinsley, carry forward her legacy of love and warmth. As a grandmother, Sandy cherished every moment with her grandchildren—Nic'kel, Marion, Nicolas, and Kelly Jr.—and was blessed with a great-grandchild, Emry, whose bright smile reminded her of the joys of family.
Sandy is reunited in spirit with her mother, Annie Williams, father, John Henry Williams, sister, Tina, and brother, Eldridge, all of whom she loved dearly. Though they are no longer with her, their memories remain forever etched in her heart.
A visitation to celebrate Sandy’s life will be held on February 21, 2026, at Grace Funeral Home in Houston, Texas, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
