She was born on February 20, 1981, in El Paso, Texas, to the late Maria de Jesus Olmos de Dallas and Olan Benny Dallas. Lisa was a dedicated paralegal at Jones Galligan Key and Lozano Law Firm, contributing her expertise and passion for more than a decade.

Deeply devoted to her family and friends, Lisa was an active member of the Serra Satellite Club of McAllen-Weslaco of The United States Council of Serra International.  Whose mission was to foster, promote and affirm vocations to priesthood and religious life.  She found joy in gathering with others to pray, as well as supporting those seeking ordination through various fundraisers.
