His personality was marked by kindness and a genuine desire to create joyful memories with those he held dear. Family was at the heart of Jimmy’s life, and nothing gave him greater happiness than spending time with his wife, children, siblings, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.

The pain of his passing is made heavier by the loss of treasured family members who preceded him: his mother, Rose Ann Reed; his father, Timothy Raymond Sweat; and his sister, Janice Sweat. Their memories live on in the hearts of all who knew Jimmy.
